Cancer brings up a lot — and it is not always easy to know how to navigate it.

This 60-minute workshop gives you space to slow down and explore what you are feeling. Drawing on two A Fresh Chapter tools, Holding Space and Living in Contradiction / Acknowledging Dark and Light, the session uses reflection questions and simple interactive exercises to help you notice and name your emotions and begin to consider what you need right now. Some participants may recognize these tools; others will be discovering AFC's approach for the first time.

This workshop is open to anyone affected by cancer — people in treatment, after treatment, caregivers, advocates, and family members.
