A Fresh Chapter

This special edition of the Mizizi Workshop is tailored specifically for men impacted by cancer—whether as survivors, patients, or caregivers. Typically open to all, Mizizi Workshops are half-day, interactive in-person sessions that bring A Fresh Chapter’s (AFC) resilience-building tools and concepts to grassroots communities across Kenya. Led by AFC-trained facilitators, this workshop will offer participants tools for emotional awareness, strategies to build resilience, and an opportunity to connect with others in a supportive, understanding environment.
